We created two modern, user-friendly websites for the Heathrow Airport Chaplaincy and Chapel, designed as key touchpoints for passengers seeking pastoral care and support. Serving as the main online hub for information, the sites highlight the chaplaincy’s ministries, outreach work, and resources, while providing clear ways for travellers and staff to connect.

The platform has received significant traffic and visibility, including signposting from Heathrow, for example a mention on Heathrow’s official social media channels following the tragic Air India crash in 2025, where Heathrow looked to the chaplaincy for additional care and support to those affected.
