We designed and installed a versatile streaming system for Uxbridge Gospel Hall, enabling them to broadcast selected services to YouTube, Facebook, and Zoom. The solution centred on a portable rack cabinet with two folding screens and a rear plug-and-play patch panel, allowing the unit to be easily wheeled away from its usual location. The setup included a multi-camera ATEM switcher, wireless HDMI for slide capture, a Sony camera with a telephoto zoom lens placed discreetly at the back of the church, audio integration from the existing sound system, and a powerful mini-PC. We also added a 6-button Elgato Stream Deck - a compact panel with programmable shortcut buttons - configured with one-touch actions to make operating the system simple for any user.

We worked closely with the church, presenting multiple options, refining the design to suit their budget, and ensuring they could achieve the best possible setup within those constraints. Detailed spreadsheets and wiring diagrams were produced to illustrate system functionality. We managed procurement and performed installation for a neat, discreet finish. The system was wired to allow for future upgrades, and we provided both comprehensive training and a clear instruction document to ensure smooth operation.

We also continue to provide ongoing support and servicing to ensure the system remains up to date and performing reliably for the client.
