CCE Church had an existing AV setup, including an Allen & Heath QU-16 mixing desk, Sennheiser XS Wireless 2 microphones, a HDBaseT projector system and a Lenovo mini-PC running ZionWorx, PowerPoint and Zoom alongside a Logitech Mevo camera. However, the system had become slow and prone to crashing.

We diagnosed the issue and implemented a complete optimisation: upgrading the RAM, replacing the hard drive with a fast SSD, installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 (upgrading from Windows 10), and removing unnecessary background applications. We then reconfigured all their software and connections. Since the upgrade, the system has been running smoothly and reliably, enabling the church to make the most of their AV investment.
